Terms of Service

By using AuditScout you agree to use the service only to audit websites you own or are authorized to evaluate. You may not use AuditScout to harass, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system. You are responsible for how you act on the recommendations the report provides.

AuditScout performs passive, public checks only. It inspects information a site already exposes to any visitor. It does not run exploits, login attempts, brute-force attacks, or any intrusive testing, and it is not a substitute for a professional penetration test, security audit, legal review, or compliance assessment.

The service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Scores and recommendations are generated by automated checks combined with AI judgment and are meant to guide priorities, not guarantee outcomes. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the reports.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AuditScout after a change means you accept the revised terms.
